Pancakes have different origins, apparently from Spain but are also popular in the United States and Latin America in countries such as Argentina, Chile, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.
My mom taught me how to prepare them when I was 15 years old, and it helped me a lot, I started to make pancakes and sold them at school (sales were very well, even the teachers bought them).
I prepare them with 1 liter of milk, 4 eggs and flour.
First, make the mixture, put the liter of milk in a bowl, then I add the eggs, and finally I add the flour until the mixture is thick.
Second, I warm up a pan with a drop of oil, and then I distribute the all oil over the pan. I take a ladle of the mixture and pour it in the pan, wait a few seconds and then I turn the pancake, so that it cooks on the other side.
Third, you put "manjar" or marmalade in the whole pancakes and you roll it.
And ready to eat!
